About the event
The RISE Combine is a motivational scoring, evaluation, testing, and training event that ranks athletes within our program.
How does it work?
Athletes receive their score from 6 different performance tests. The placement score determines an athlete's corresponding level. The areas measured are:
1. Sprinting ability is measured with the 10, 20, and 40 yard dashes
2. Explosive power is measured with the vertical jump
3. Agility and quickness is determined with the 5/10/5 test
